The water tank (T) originally serving as the sole water source for the Triplex at Walker Lake, it was decommissioned around the year 2000, when municipal water was introduced. Nestled in the tranquil landscape of Walker Lake, the pumphouse and water tank has long been an integral feature of the property, blending functionality with rustic charm. The water tank was left to rust away. It could be cut up for scrap metal, or it could be repurposed.

We cut a hole into the side of the tank, four feet wide and six feet tall. It is a door. Framed the sides, put in hinges, and it is a useable space. Filled in three feet of gravel and the topped with a covering of concrete. A tank with a door and concrete floor. The tank is powered by a Champion 3475 watt propane Generator, sharing the 120 gallon propane tank with the Pumphouse (PH).

Alternative Power: The tank has two solar panels, solar generator, with auxilary batteries, with a 2000 Watt Inverter providing backup lighting to the Pumphouse and Shop - Tank.

The Water Tank is used as a shop and storage, is locking, and is primarly used for storage of landscaping equipment, supplies, and power tools.
